ERP Implementation Project Manager

What can you expect in this position

• Supervision and responsibility for the planning, implementation and progress of the new ERP implementation
• Check of deadlines, risk management of impacts on company operations
• Active collaboration and communication with key users, IT department and Group PM to consolidate processes and ensure successful delivery (implementation) of projects
• Active collaboration with ERP implementer
• Reviewing business processes and their optimization

What are our expectations

Educational Requirements:

• High school/university (software engineering preferably)
• Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar authority (preferably)

Professional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation for international organizations
• Practical technical knowledge in IT/technical experience
• Project management experience
• Extensive knowledge of business processes
• Experience in checking, documenting and improving business processes
• English skills B2/C1, Czech language

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of business operations and processes across the organization
• Ability to manage a project and work with a team
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to adapt complex material into simple and easily understood by professionals and laymen
• Ability to think big and innovatively drive change across the organization
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, problem solving using natural judgment
